    Compatibility with MM and MC cartridges<\/h3>\n

    Phonos Duo supports both moving magnet (MM) <\/strong>and moving coil (MC)<\/strong> cartridges. Six switchable capacities are available<\/strong> for MM systems<\/strong> (12 pF to 330 pF)<\/strong>, while six impedance values (20 Ohm to 1 kOhm) can be set for MC systems<\/strong>. This means that the preamplifier can be optimally adapted to any pickup system. MC systems in particular benefit from the especially low-noise amplification<\/strong> with up to 70 dB gain.<\/p>\n

    Optimum control with practical functions<\/h3>\n

    With the three switchable amplification stages<\/strong> (Low, Med, High), the output level <\/strong> can beflexibly<\/strong> adapted<\/strong> to the subsequent signal processing. Other practical functions such as a switchable rumble filter, mono summing switch and mute switch<\/strong> extend the range of applications. Regardless of the input signal selected, the output signal is available at both outputs simultaneously<\/strong>.
