INDIVIDUAL FREQUENCY MATCHING<\/h2>\n

KSdigital manufactures each of its loudspeakers by hand in its factory Saarbr\u00fccken\/Germany. Each loudspeaker is measured individually (IFM) and linearized in frequency and phase. This ensures the unrivalled correct reproduction of the music signal.<\/p>\n

With the introduction of the first FIRTEC controlled monitor KSdigital changed the kind of building professional monitors. The traditional way is the linearisation of the ampitude response. With the FIRTEC(TM) digital signal processing our attention is to reproduce a correct impuls response. This FIR-equalisation means a flat ampitude response and a flat phase response, which means a correct signal with all details in tone and time and stereo image. The products of the A-Line are the state of the art monitors for all applications: the bridge monitor in nearfiled application as well as the In-wall-solution for the big control room.<\/p>\n

The A100 offers the compact entry into linearity, pulse fidelity and performance of the A-Line monitors.
\nBy using the patented FIRTEC technology, the A100 displays a defined spatial panorama and allows an
\nexact positioning of individual instruments and events in the music signal.
\nThe 8\u201c diaphragm of the bass mid driver provides sufficient amplifier power even at low listening levels,
\nbut also allows high listening volumes without any problems.
\nThe high performance fabric dome is available from 1200Hz and thus transmits all overtones. This unusually
\nlow crossover frequency is part and pre-requisite for the musical reproduction of the loudspeaker.
\nThe tweeter\u2018s waveguide turned from solid aluminium offers a defined radiation for a wide sweet spot and
\ngently dazzles the cabinet edges of the speaker.
\nIn addition to the high and low shelving accessible from the rear, they allow six parametric EQs to match
\nthe position of the monitor in the studio. These, as well as all other parameters such as volume, delay,
\ncan be controlled with the optional KSD-RC.<\/p>\n
