The opto-cell test system continuously monitors and
measures the compression and, when the calibration is
run, is able to compensate for variations as small as 0.5dB
in gain reduction. This ensures consistent compression
and long-term reliability even after decades of use, as
well as perfect stereo matching when using dual units.
